About Region Way

Region Way has been impacting lives all over Northwest Indiana since establishing in 2018. We believe that nutrition and fitness are not a hobby, but a way of life. We extend in to three main aspects of health: Region Way Nutrition, Region Way Fitness, and the Region Way Community. These serve as our tools to instill our mission of bringing individuals together and growing a community of people who want to learn to live a healthy and active lifestyle through proper instruction and approach of nutrition and exercise!

We offer to teach our methods and principals to those looking to make a positive change in their lives physically or mentally. We pride our selves on our client relationships and the trust we build with each individual. You are unique, we understand that, and we honor that!

Region Way Nutrition opened in 2020 and is conveniently located 1 block East off the I-65 Ridge Road exit at 2500 East 37th Avenue Suite D, Lake Station, IN!


At Region Way Nutrition we will do our part as health and fitness professionals to help make the world healthier and happier by providing a spirited club where individuals, together, grow a community of people who want to learn to live a healthy and active lifestyle through proper instruction and approach of nutrition and exercise! Region Way Nutrition will offer healthy and delicious shakes and herbal teas and aloes in a way that caters to your personal health goals and needs!

Group Workouts

Functional training is a type of workout that focuses on movements that are similar to those you use in everyday life, such as squatting, lifting, pulling, pushing, and twisting. Our functional group class is designed to improve overall fitness, strength, and flexibility through functional movements.

In a typical class, participants perform a variety of exercises using their own body weight, free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, and other equipment. The class may also incorporate cardio intervals and circuit training.

Route 6 Road Runners

The R6RRs are a family club made up of members who come together to run or walk on a regular basis. The Road Runners offer a sense of community and motivation to stay active and reach fitness goals.

Our members meet biweekly to practice together and we participate in local races as a group through the Calumet Region Striders. We also offer training programs for members who want to improve their running skills or prepare for a specific race.

Pat brings his own fitness specialty and unique training style, and is committed to ensuring safe and effective workouts. Region Fit enlists and pursues a team of Health Coaches to learn our philosophy and further expand our reach to influence members in our communities. Region Fit and the team of Coaches are here to put you on the path to success and answer any and all questions throughout your journey. Let us match you with our in-house Trainer and Coaches to achieve your fitness dreams.
